Three Programmes, One Consistent Approach
Each Kithora programme is designed for a different level of need, from a single skill-building session to a comprehensive multi-week coordination programme. All share the same commitment: education and organisation, not advice.
Back to HomeOur Methodology
Listen First
Every engagement starts with an unhurried conversation about the family's situation — not a sales process.
Structure the Space
Sessions follow a clear framework. Families know what to expect before they arrive, which reduces apprehension considerably.
Work Together
The session itself is participatory. Families practise skills, organise materials, and work through guided prompts in real time.
Leave With Something
Every participant takes home written guides, organised materials, or a completed binder — something tangible from the time invested.
Courtyard Conversations Workshop
A supportive, skills-focused workshop where family members practise calm listening and clear, respectful speaking during a period of change. Purely educational and skills-focused, with guided prompts and a take-home guide. Not counselling or advice of any kind.
Session Steps
- 1Initial check-in: understanding your communication context and what you'd like to work on.
- 2Facilitated exercises in active listening, clear expression, and de-escalation techniques.
- 3Q&A and practical notes, followed by distribution of your personalised take-home guide.
Duration
3 – 4 hours (single session)
Investment
RM 600
Shared Information Organisation Session
A practical, hands-on session helping a family gather and arrange their own everyday paperwork and shared information into a clear, labelled folder system. The focus is entirely on organisation and coordination. We provide templates, checklists, and — where relevant — pointers to the appropriate professionals for formal matters. We do not handle, review, or advise on formal legal or financial documents.
Session Steps
- 1Pre-session preparation guide sent to participants: what to bring, what to expect.
- 2Review of what information the family currently holds, using our structured taxonomy.
- 3Guided organisation into labelled sections, with templates completed alongside.
- 4Summary of what has been organised, what remains outstanding, and suggested next professional contacts.
Duration
1 full day or 2 half-days
Investment
RM 2,100
Family Harmony Coordination Programme
A multi-session programme combining communication workshops, shared planning, and the organisation of everyday family information into one accessible place. Built to support respectful, steady coordination over time. Includes a dedicated family binder and follow-up check-ins on factual coordination matters.
Programme Structure
- 1Initial intake conversation and programme planning (agreed together with the family).
- 2Two to three communication workshop sessions using the Courtyard Conversations framework.
- 3Shared information organisation day — building and completing the family binder.
- 4Scheduled follow-up check-ins (typically two, spaced over 4 – 6 weeks) for coordination questions.
Duration
Several weeks (paced to family)
Investment
RM 4,420

Standards We Hold to in Every Session
Privacy & Discretion
All information shared in sessions is handled with strict confidentiality. We maintain a written policy available on request.
Impartiality
We do not favour any outcome or family member. Sessions are structured to give every participant equal space and voice.
Education-Only Scope
No legal, financial, or psychological advice is given in any Kithora session. This boundary is firm and clearly communicated from the outset.
Pre-Session Clarity
Every participant receives a written guide before their session explaining what will and will not be covered. No surprises.
Active Referral Support
When formal professional support is needed, we provide specific and considered referrals — not just a general suggestion to "seek legal advice".
Care for the Whole Family
Our facilitators are trained to be aware of the emotional context of each session and to pace the work in a way that feels safe and manageable for everyone present.
Clear, Transparent Pricing
All fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). No hidden costs. Payment terms are discussed at booking.
